 Fees (Palo Alto location) 
Fees vary based on class level and duration and cover 15 weeks of instruction. Fees for each class and can be viewed during the registration process. These fees range from $375 for 1/2-hour class, $460 for a 3/4-hour class, $540 for a 1-hour class, etc. There is an annual registration fee of $50 per student ($30 for sibling) covering the school year from August 2026 thru August 2027.  For new students joining after the start date, the term fees will be prorated, please send an email to inquire about prorated fees. A payment plan (pay during the term) is available upon request, please email [email protected] to request a payment plan or for any questions.

Sibling discounts - 10% discount for 2nd child, 20% discount for 3rd child
Multiple class discounts - 5% for 2nd class, 10% for 3rd class, 20% for 4th class, 30% for 5th class

Trial classes - new students can register for one free trial class.

Refunds
Full refunds or credit for withdrawals before the term begins. For students withdrawing after the term starts, refund or credit will be prorated. For refunds, amount will be net of a card processing fee of 3.5%. Withdrawal/cancellation notices need to be sent by email at least 2 weeks before the effective date. This policy also applies to workshops and shows. Registration fees are not refundable. 

Class Size
Classes will have a maximum of 12 students (8 for YPS and Baby Ballet). Minimum of 3 students required to open a class. If minimum enrollment is not met, the class may be cancelled or combined with another class at the discretion of the director. Refunds as a result of class cancellation will be processed to the original form of payment.

Absences
If a student is absent, no credit for the missed class is given but the absence can be made up in a similar class within the term. ​

Private and small group private classes - all inquiries regarding private lessons need to go through Ms. Karen. Rates vary by time and size of the group. Please email Ms. Karen at [email protected] for rate information, availability and to schedule private classes. 

​Dance Attire (Palo Alto location)
Ballet, Creative Movement, Theater Arts Classes
Girls: Light pink or lavender leotard (levels 5-6, 7-8, 9+ can wear a black leotard), light pink tights, and light pink ballet shoes. Hair in a ballet bun. 
Boys: white t-shirt, black shorts or pants, white socks, and white ballet shoes. Hair neatly away from the face.
Baby Ballet and Young Preschool levels only - ballet attire or dress in anything comfortable, no shoes needed. Hair neatly away from the face.
Tap and Jazz Classes
All: ballet dance attire (above) or black leggings and t-shirt, and beige colored tap shoes for tap and beige colored jazz shoes for jazz. Hair in a ponytail.
Contemporary Classes
All: ballet dance attire (above) or black leggings and fitted shirt, no shoes. Hair in a ponytail.
Hip Hop Classes
Sweatpants/leggings and a T-shirt
Dance sneaker or flat bottom sneaker only to be used inside the studio
